Caitlin joined Avian Creative in January 2024 as an assistant and has since worked her way up to Digital Marketing Manager, working on every single brand in the company’s roster along the way. She loves marketing because it never sits still. Every client has a different story, a different audience and a different set of goals, and figuring out how to tell that story well never gets old. Platforms change, algorithms change, what worked six months ago doesn’t always work now, and she loves that there’s always something new to learn.

Caitlin moved to Collingwood four years ago after a decade out west and hasn’t looked back. In her spare time, you’ll find Caitlin outside with her Australian Shepherd Sway. Whether it’s hiking, camping or kayaking, Caitlin is always out on an adventure. Winters mean skiing as much as possible, and when she’s not outside, she’s probably cooking or catching up with friends.
